I was delighted that the restraining order against Sam was extended to 3 years but infuriated that he's already filed an appeal. But I guess it's in the nature of svengalis who have managed to gain influence over vulnerable celebrities to want to hang on to it. It's an essential part of the svengali personality and trade. Britneyology sitemeister Jason has a better memory than me (which wouldn't be hard) and he recalls how Eugene Landy took control of former Beach Boy Brian Wilson's life and almost destroyed it, aided by copious amounts of drugs. Sound familiar?
In support of Sam's appeal, his lawyer proclaims that, if Britney herself wanted an extension of the restraining order, she'd have been present in court to say so. Does it not occur to them that she may have decided not to go to court because she endorsed fully what her own lawyer was intending to say?
If Britney wanted to reverse the situation, wouldn't an appearance in front of judge Aviva Bobb been the best opportunity she could ever have to say "I oppose the restraining order! I oppose the conservatorship! PLEASE get me out of this!!!" ?
No doubt Sam's lawyer would reply that she wasn't ALLOWED to go to court precisely because of the risk that she might say something like that. She might even have made false promises to tell the judge she was scared of Sam, then reneged on the day and said she wanted him back in her life.
But Britney has a unique public platform to tell the world EXACTLY what she's feeling about Sam, Eardley, restraining orders, the conservatorship, her father, her fears about custody and anything else that's on her mind. All she has to do is yell it out to the audience at one of her shows. It's pretty clear that she has a chance to say some pretty random things over her mic and it wouldn't take a second to shout "I love you Sam - come and free me!"
I don't believe the stories put out by Sam. I don't believe in the supposed "phone messages left by Britney on a cellphone provided by Sam's sister". They don't SOUND like her. But even if she WAS feeling that way for a while 3 or 4 months ago, the pictures of Britney we're seeing now show a happy, contented young woman. She looks happier with her situation than she has for years!
People who have been present at the "Circus" show in the last month have reported that Britney seems to have her mojo back. She looks full of life and energy and fun and seems to be enjoying every moment of her show. It's a big stretch to interpret this image as portraying a sad and desperate woman who's on the brink of cancelling the tour and retiring from showbusiness.

You're just like all the other fans who were so quick to deny anything was wrong until all the crap about Sam came out THEN you were all ready to admit she was sick and had bad people in her life. Pathetic.
Her shows? You do realise her entire family and management is at each show? What would she do back stage?
Yes, especially the one where a fan comes on stage and she screams for her life and shakes uncontrollably even after he's gone...panic attacks are so happy y'all!!!
